No display, with fan running at top speed

When I start or plug inthe laptop the lights turn on with no display. After that the CAPS and NUMS lock blinks exactly 5 time and then the fan runs at top speed. I have tried the bios reupdate, cleaned the rams and SSD. I even tried to change these and removed the cell on the mother board with 30 secs of pressing power button

You tried the disconnecting the power cable and holding down the power button for 30 seconds.

Have you tried this with also taking out/disconnecting the battery (check in manual how to do this)?

Otherwise it could be a motherboard, CMOS battery or a RAM problem.

I see in your case you removed the CMOS coin battery but did you check its voltage (idea around 3 VDC) or replace it?

Some other possiblities:

Check Key Combination: First, make sure you are pressing the correct key combination. On some HP laptops, the key combination for BIOS recovery might be different. i took it for a motherboard repair, i saw him change the CMOS and even changed the it's pin connector, don;t know what else he did According to the repairmen,CPU chip is not operating or chip which operates the CPU is not working or something like that. After repair laptop worked but after 1 month same issue arised again. Took it to repair shop again, started working fine but after some time same issue. During its ight flashing and fan running at top speed, if i pressed ESc alot of time laptop would bootup and eventually the ESc hack also failed. So its dead now. I think the main issue was with bootup, CPU was no short on the board. I am not sure if the repairmen flashed the BIOS chip or tried to replace it but i think he did. but still the issue persists. I could not anyone with this same issue exactly, 5 times flashing of both Capsock and Numslock
