When I use it after some time the backside of the phone is get heated
To use the phone as 15 minute up or using internet the mobile phone getting much heated.

back of phone would indicat a battery issue. You can expect it to warm up while using the screen. try using it in dark mode. If it gets too hot, you need to change the battery.
