my 2008 audi a4 had battery replaced with brand new one an car won't start ,sounds like wants too but has whine turnover sound.any suggestions .?

I’ve had a quick look around and found this information about battery changes on an Audi.
Some makes of vehicle have similar issues when replacing batteries.
You could try the steps mentioned by automotiverider.com below.
To reset the computer on your Audi A4:
Turn off all accessories in your vehicle.
Disconnect both positive and negative cables from the battery terminal.
Wait for at least 15 minutes before reconnecting them back.
Reconnect both cables to their respective terminals.
This simple process should help reset any software glitches that could have occurred when you changed your car battery.
