If LED 3 is on but 2 is not, is that failed PSU or Logic Board
Getting LED 1 & 3, but not #2 ... display is discconected.

Let’s backup here, what happened and why did you not check the diagnostic LEDs before fully disconnecting the display so you get an accurate reading.
