Every time I try to print a document, the paper jams

I have a Canon Pixma TS5150 which has worked perfectly until about a month ago. Now, everytime I try to print a document, the paper jams and I get a warning message saying there is a paper jam problem. I have tried cleaning the rollers, I have checked there is no paper trapped in the printer and I have reset the printer settings. However, the problem continues. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to rectify this problem? The printer is about 3 years old if this helps.
