Restart your computer and repeatedly press the "F8" key (or "Shift + F8" for some versions of Windows).
In the Advanced Boot Options menu, select "Safe Mode" or "Safe Mode with Networking."
This should then allow you to see your screen again. From here you need to update/reinstall your display drivers.
