Won't charge unless off
Why isn't my phone charging unless it is off and I have to use the u.s.b.

If the phone is plugged into a computer, it may not give enough power to the phone. If you are attempting to charge your phone with a computer, try using a power outlet.

@garethkenmure, Ulefone makes a lot of different phones and the answer may well depend on which one you have. Please edit your question to add the model number of yours.
