My phone's pin connecting the screen ribbon is damaged

Is it the actual plastic connector on the motherboard that is broken?

If the pins are bent, you could try gently bending the pins back gently using a small screwdriver or other small tool.

If that doesn't work, you may have to replace the whole connector which is a somewhat complicated process and necessitates special tools such as a hot air soldering station in order to remove the faulty one and replace it with a new one.
