Hola, no puedo acceder al menú de servicio modelo zenith tv/vcr tva1341, modelo del control remoto r-35a06. Al mantener presionado el botón menú, nunca hay un mensaje de bienvenida o cambio de menú, el control no tiene botón enter ni display.
