My my gpu isn't taking any drivers?
My sapphire nitro+ rx 590 gme gpuu isnt taking any drivers, but display is coming as microsoft display adapter.

The GPU driver, amd adrenaline one , I also tried pro but still same issue.[image|3095343].
Like the image, I tried every given solution for error 182 still no use .same thing
