NEED instructions on how to replace the Touch Digitizer Screen Lens

I broke the Touch Digitizer Screen Glass Lens Panel For T-mobile HTC Radar 4g C110E Omega.

Wondering if anyone has instructions to replace it.

I beleive radar glass screen is not hard like the iphone , the glass on the Radar breaks very easily small pressure will make it shatter, small shards of glass will go everyware. careful I think this phone has problems.
