Power LED and Charging LED on but laprop won't turn on
Whenever I connect the laptop charger the charging LED is on with power LED too but as i press the power button it doesn't on

Dear Chandan Jaiswal,
If you are experiencing issues with your keyboard, please check if your driver is installed. If not, visit the Toshiba website and download the appropriate driver for your keyboard. If you have already done this but it is still not working, it is possible that the LED lights on your keyboard are faulty and need to be replaced.

@kaleb88022 do you think it is possible that this is the power on circuit? Would you recommend to check to see if there is power to the motherboard? Could the OP use an external keyboard to bypass a bad keyboard and how would the keyboard be causing this?
