Keyboard and trackpad won't work after battery replacement

Completed a battery replacement and the battery now works but the trackpad and the keyboard don't. I can send pictures if necessary.

Thanks!

Edit: Here’s a picture of the MacBook, I’m happy to add any more if needed.

Update: It turned out to be the trackpad cable! It didn’t look ripped or anything but replacing it made the keyboard and trackpad work again.

@bananagranny - It looks like you damaged one of the battery connectors. Review step10 images in this guide Sustitución de la batería de MacBook Pro 13" Dos Puertos Thunderbolt de finales de 2020

I was worried something bad would happen when I broke that. Didn't know that even the battery connector can mess up the trackpad/keyboard. Is there any way to fix it?

- de

@bananagranny - You’ll need to find someone to replace the connector. This is a tricky repair unless you have the correct tools and skills.

- de

@danj Would that mean soldering a new connector?

- de

@bananagranny - Yes, and access to the needed part.

- de

@danj Is it technically possible for me to use something to push down the pins so the keyboard and trackpad will be functional? Thank you for your help so far.
