Performed a logic board replacement on a 17" A1107. everything is good but it is not recognizing the airport card. is there a way to test whether the issue lies within the logic board or in the airport card? I received the computer from a friend and the airport card was previously working fine... makes me think logic board....

Go under the Apple in the upper left hand corner to "about this Mac" > more info > Network > Airport and see if tour card is being seen. If not reseat it and check the connections.
