Pioneer VSX-534***
My receiver went out due to a power surge and I have not been able to get it to power on. There are no lights. I tried the reset and that does not work either. what is my next step?
I have uploaded the circuit board connected to the power cord. I also tested the fuses continuity and they test good.

@gregorywil26277 since you have no power to the unit at all power fuses on the main board. Check to make sure that those are still having continuity. After that, post some really good pictures of the main power board with your question. That way we can see what you see. Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente

(Not sure what tools you have and how well versed you are with this type/kind of repair.) We are not going to go to deep into the weeds.
Post some good pictures of the board where the power cord connects to. Let's see what you got going on there.
