Won't turn on without power adapter, battery doesn't hold up.
My MacBook A2338 stopped holding a charge with the old battery and started displaying the "service required" message. So, I ordered a new battery replacement from iFixit. and I installed the new battery and attempted to calibrate it. However, even after charging it for nearly 14 hours, the battery percentage remains unchanged. Additionally, when I disconnect the power adapter, the MacBook simply shuts down.
I'm unsure what could be causing the issue. Attached is a screenshot of the Coconut Battery report.
The weird thing, as you can see, is that it indicates "charging with: 0 Watts." Additionally, this is what the macOS displays:

Update 06/05/2023:
I opened my MacBook again to check if there was something preventing the battery from making contact with the logic board, but it seems fine. I attached some photos of it:
I sent an email to iFixit, and they are going to send me a battery replacement. Hopefully, everything goes smoothly. I will update this post once I install the battery again and test it.
Thanks for the answers!
Update 06/24/2023:
After receiving the battery, I installed it and attempted to power on my MacBook once more. Regrettably, macOS is not recognizing the battery this time. I will attach the Coconut Battery report.
