No Display even after video Reset

Recently out of no where my ps3 slim has stopped working, it turn on but weirdly the power button wont turn it off and it also wont show on screen. I've tried resetting the video but doesn't work tried it with an av cable instead of HDMi but nothing, even tried switching the hdd out hoping it will somehow reset it but still nothing. vie tried it on several tvs but it wont show on screen. When i connect it my tv recognises it as it switches to the HDMI Channel but says no signal. It still reads disc as far as know no idea what's happened.

Could Really use some help i cant find anyone who's had this issue so i don't know how to fix it .
