Aspire ES 15 won't power on after repair,

I have an Aspire ES 15 (es1-572-321g) that had a severally swollen battery. After changing the battery and upgrading the HDD to an SSD, I attempted to power it on, but nothing happens.

I tried replacing the keyboard thinking that since the power button is connected to the keyboard maybe I damaged the ribbon. Unfortunately, nothing happened. Any advice?
