MacBook is "dead". Any Troubleshooting of finding problem

My Macbook is compleetly dead. Nothing happens when I connect to Magsafe. Even I tried another. I won't load the batteri or light the diode and turn on the Macbook.

The problem occured after I left the macbook for more than a month on an empty battery.

I heard that this can kill Lithiumbattries.

Should I just buy a new battery and replace it or run through some sort of troubleshooting ?

There’s actually a whole page on troubleshooting MacBook no power issues. It’s by no means comprehensive (try as I might to make it perfect). But if you’re not even getting a light on the charger, and you’ve tried another already, this could be several things. Battery could be one of them depending on how it failed, but it wouldn’t be my first thought.

Dan’s power button trick might help get some more info about what’s going on as well depending on the behavior of the LED on the charger.

@wedoit Totally fine!! Honestly those troubleshooting wikis are often an under utilized resource, and some of the more pointed pages, like that one, are relatively new. Let us know how you make out!

Let’s give this a try, follow this guide disconnecting the battery Reemplazo de Batería de Macbook Pro 15" con Pantalla de Retina de Finales de 2013 with nothing connected, press and hold the power button for a good 15sec to fully discharge the logic board. Now plug-in the MagSafe charger take note of the LEDs color, did it light and what color Amber or Green? Hopefully the system will spontaneously start up. Let us know what you discover.
