HTC 10 Fpc connector problem

Hi, I have a HTC 10 that I changed its battery because the previous one got swollen and cause the screen to break and I haven't tried it till I got a replacement battery.
When I've plugged the new battery I tried testing the phone it does turn on but a black screen and the tactile works normally, After some diagnosis on the motherboard I've noticed that the fpc connector is broken and one of the upper pins was ripped.

Is the damage on the fpc connector causing the screen to stay black or should I just get a new screen replacement?
or can I make contact between the pin and the screen ribbon without changing the fpc connector?
