Repeating "Power surge on the USB port" error after replacing Fans

As the title pretty much encapsules, I used the ifixit guide to replace the fans, because the left one started making noise, and even cleaning it out with compressed air didnt help. Unplugging it from the motherboard and leaving it to cool would help for about 12-24 hours but that was it.

However after the replacement I am getting the "Power surge on the USB port" error as a repeating loop, pressing "Reset" does nothing because the error pops back up right after clicking the button. I followed the guide to the letter, plugged all cables back in and made sure everything is plugged in again and all plugged in USB devices (ASUS RoG Claymore II, ASUS RoG Gladius II Origin and Microsoft LifeCam Cinema) work completely fine on almost all ports, one port apparently isnt getting enough power but the error persists even when nothing is plugged into it.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled the USB drivers, emptied the battery and disconnected it and did an EC reset by holding the power button for 60 seconds. But nothing works. After doing the power reset I thought I had it fixed but it just took longer for the error to pop back up.

Please help!

Ok, I managed to fix it myself. The USB port that wasn't working (the left of the two on the left side), apparently during the fan replacement and the thorough dust cleaning, the circuit board that makes up these two, got the last bit of dust to impede function from that. So after a thorough cleaning of it and a test run with the battery disconnected, I found that the port works again and I am not getting any error message anymore.
