Not registering keystrokes, or keys getting stuck?

Sometimes the keyboard doesn't register keys, or the key seems to get stuck and keeps pressing, like "eeeeeeeeeeeee". My xbox controller connected via bluetooth also seems to get stuck on occasion, like the analog stick is stuck moving forward. I use a USB extension and a hub, both 3.0. I replaced my old keyboard, hub and extension cord a week or two ago, but the problem persists.
