Efrain Belmonte since it is a Ford product, they would like you to use Motorcraft products. Personally I use Castrol GTX 5w20 and Fram filter, but that is my personal preference (250K miles on my '03 and daily driver).

I searched various engine sizes and years and most take 5W-20 and some need 6 quarts of oil but some engines need 7 quarts. You can search for your specific year and engine size (4.2, 5.4, 5.6L,) to get the correct capacity with the link below. Always check the dipstick after the oil change to make sure the level is good.
Another good way to check is look inside your vehicle to find the owner's manual and it should tell you but it will be based on engine size. If you are not sure about your engine size then check your VIN number and search a VIN decoder for Ford to see which digit in the VIN tells you the engine size, try the additional link, hope this helps!
