keyboard not working properly after reassembly

Hello dears,

I was working on a mac that client spilled water on the keyboard ,opened it and checked if there's any leak inside.

disconnected the trackpad cable and battery, then reassembled again with no issues.

Now when booting it shows me "Macintosh disk" i need to select it everytime and when reaching the user passord some of the keys don't type (only make sounds).

After resetting SMC or NVRAM it works correctly but i need to do it everytime.

I managed the startup disk and selected it. it worked for 2 days and now same issue again.

Please if anyone that has the fix and can help it would so much apreciated.

@edddybk - Well your batteries cycles are inches from the expected life of 1000 so you do need a new battery and the battery is even telling us that.

It maybe best to find someone local who has the skills and experience as this is a bit tricky!
