Im 8 and when I want a app i go the app store do all that stuff but when i do my mom is supposed to get a notifacation to click yes to let me have the app can you help?

You're underage and this iPhone knows it. Your Mom gets notifications if She organized a family group for all of you. Ask your Mom for help, She will surely explain to you why this is happening.

here is the thing she didn't set up one if she did she would have told us all this had worked before but it just stopped and I asked her but she didn't know if you can say again and like kinda dumb it down for me for this explaination that would be great. Pls and thank you.
