When I press the power button the charger port blinks 3 times! I have disconnected the battery, ram, and hdd and nothing happens. The charger light won’t light up when plugged in with or without battery! I don’t know what else to do. Caps lock light is always on as well.

It does sound like your AC Adapter could be the issue here. Let's start with that. Check the power cord to the charger with a meter for continuity. They do like to fail. Check the output of your AC adapter by inserting the red probe into the barrel connector and the black probe on the outside. your meter should be set to DC voltage and show something like 19.5V. LEt us know what you find out.

I have done those steps when I had to take it apart the first time an nothing still happened!
@ItzBabin did you physically check your AC adapter? There are common issues with the power cable
Yeah I did, nothing wrong wrong with it. I disconnected the ram hdd an the battery, an did all those steps you said
@ItzBabin Yes, I wasn't to concerned about the steps since I already figured you may have done those. They are pretty common first steps. My concern is first and foremost with the power cord. I hate for you to tear down your computer to get to the power rails on your motherboard and having to check all of those. I guess that would be the next step.
I have one on order right now, should be coming in today because that’s what I’m thinking too! I will definitely let you know if it was the power cord or not!
