surface mount transistor on my promark drone v70's controller board w

One surface mount transistor on my promark drone v70's controller board was burned (battery terminal touched it. manufacture defact). Will some know where can I get schematic circuit diagram or a photo shut please (3 transistors in a row near the main chip, the other two are KI3 and 6525. Thanks !
