You say it overheated, but what symptoms do you have? Does it crank / turn over when to try to start, or is it just a click and nothing? There could be any number of things, but we’d need as much information as you can provide.

It try's to start only a couple of the cylinders though

Will fire it has gas I've replaced the water pump and altanator before it overheated

@daddyg8407 I would continue by testing each cylinder for spark, one by one. Take out a spark plug, connect the HT lead and ground the plug to the block. (Don’t hold your hand or fingers close to the lead on the spark plug!)
Do this to check the spark on each cylinder.
If all have spark, I would do a compression test next, also on each cylinder, one by one.

@daddyg8407 why did it overheat? What did you do when it did overheat? Continue driving? Towed it home? What did you fix after it overheated?
