My irobot doesn't move only produce a short signal

My irobot roomba 612 doesn't move only makes a short signal , the light are on.

I have changed the battery for a new, I cleaned and changed brushes ..still the same. I have restarted pressed the clean button for 10 sec untill the link Ng melody.. still nothing...

Anyone could advise Please?
