I have two switch pro controllers that after a shell change, lost the ability to register any input on the Z/R/ZL/ZR and the Directional pad. Has anyone experienced this or have suggestions?

When changing the shell you might have accidentally unplugged something so open it up and look around for and problems. If you cannot find a problem look at the guides on this website.

Both cables from the shoulder buttons to top board and the top to the main board are plugged in. Checked here and other forums and can only find how to replace. Haven't located anywhere for a trouble shooting forum or anything of the sort. Appreciate the reply, thank you!
