The display on my MacBook 13"Pro with two thunderbolt ports is loose

I would like to know if this display can be tightened back down.

Also I understand that the 13" M1 2020 MacBook Pro can be configured from 8GB to 16GB. Yet I have read that it isn't possible to do post purchase. Is that true?

I have 8GB with a 512GB of SSD. I know that the swap file can get rather large plus these new drives need extra space for internal maintenance. I have notice that the apps I have and use really shrink my storage space. I mention this because I also have a 2012 MacBook Pro that I upgraded from 8GB of memory to 16GB of memory and I also upgraded the SSD to 1TB. I have yet to max it out and run basically the same apps (the newer M1 runs apps that the Intel chip can't) and it never gets close to any issues of usage of memory or ssd space. I think it is due to the 16GB of memory rather than 8GB.

So if I had a choice I would like to upgrade the M1 from 8GB to 16GB
