Why doesnt my ps3 turn on?

I tried everything replacing the power supply, replacing the cmos, replacing the thermal past. Pls help me.

i don't know much about repairing consoles but what I can say is that you can look at the components on the board to see if they are functioning normally. See if the voltage is right where its supposed to be, I think you should be able to find that information online
