The blue light doesn't glow, but the orange glows

My 2ds xl was bought in 2018(my uncle bought in the US and gifted to me in India) it worked well for sometime and I didn't play with it for maybe 2-3 days, I used to charge it with the official charger using a voltage converter, i tried to boot it up since then, it won't boot up. The orange light still glows when I charge and goes off after a while indicating that it has full battery, but, the blue light won't glow no matter for how long i press, is it a bad button or is there any chance of a technical problem with it.
