Is the Genuine Google Parts program to be launched in Europe / Spain?

I want to replace my second hand P4XL battery; and I saw the announcement about the new service and I got really hyped up about it.
But normally, these Pixel services only launch on USA due to the Pixel's increased popularity.

According to this ifixit news link they will be sold in European countries later on this year by the ifixit EU store.
