- Have you done a full virus/malware scan?
- Checked the Device Manger from the Control Panel for any corrupted drivers ( the ! exclamation mark)?
- Updated the BIOS, Windows and all drivers?
- Ran a freeware program like Ccleaner or Advanced System Care to clean up debris and fix small problems.
- After having done that how is it all working.
- If not already done upgrade the hard drive to an SSD drive - much faster.
