Asus x541uv not turning on after ssd upgrade. Only shows backlight

This one is driving me crazy since almost a year.

I got a Asus X541UVK and I decided I had to upgrade to SSD.

Once disassembled and with the new hard drive I tried to turn it on and nothing but the blacklight showed up for about 2 seconds and then it turned off again while power light was on white and the charging light remained orange, no blinks no flickers, nothing on the lights. The cooling fan aren working either.

If I hold the power button, blacklight stays on and power and charging lights turns off.

Another thing that happens is that If I disconnect the motherboard from the internal battery and I connect it again, the moment the motherboard makes contact with the battery, the backlight of the screen showes up and disapears after 2 seconds.

Ive tried things like:

Checking the screen: It works because I tested it with another motherboard

Check the battery: Battery is just ok

Check if the ssd was malfunctioning: Ive installed windows in that ssd and it worked just fine.

Hold power button for 30-40 seconds.

Check the charger: It gives me correct voltage and works with another laptop

This one is driving me crazy. If someone could hep me
