I need help finding a 4.7µF 20% 25V capacitor in a 0402 package on Digi-Key
It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help

@hellomacos Digikey does not have that package size (0402= 1.00mm x 0.5mm) for this cap. The closest you come is is 1.6mm x 0.80mm. If you have enough room (use a set of calipers) you can use that for as long as the ends reach the solder pads on your board. Or you can change your search by increasing or decreasing the capacitance. It is a 20% tolerance capacitor so there is lots of wiggle room.

When you say 1.6x0.8 do you mean this
@hellomacos yes. that is a 0603 package. Only do that if you absolutely cannot find what you are looking for. Make sure you have enough space for it and that it fits the solder pads. It's bad enough to solder those sizes but it does not get easier by "fudging" with some components. It might be easier to find them by adjusting the values up or down within the tolerance.
