My tv turns on, but won't let me use Firestick even after resets, tv? I have chatted with Amazon Customer Service for 2 days and with a new Firestick replacement, Insigna tv or ? won’t accept my WiFi password to connect to network even after 5 factory resets with the old and new Firestick. Any suggestions with Insigna?

@jenmsapp do you have a model number for this TV? Sounds like a Firestick issue but let's see what we can find out.
