Dell Optiplex 780DT "Alert! System Battery voltage is low" issue.

I have a big problem with the Dell Optiplex 780. After replacing the CMOS battery, I keep getting "Alert! System Battery voltage is low" message.

After starting the computer I always have to click F1 to continue or F2 to enter the BIOS or F5 to run diagnostics.

Clicking F1 usually works and the operating system starts.

The battery is new and keeps the date/time and the rest of settings.

I have already tried methods from the Dell manuals such as:

but that didn't help.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
