MacBook Pro keyboard not working after startup

My MacBook Pro keyboard has an issue that any key in the keyboard should be pressed and should hold that right from the startup so the keyboard works and the keyboard works as long as the key is on hold and as soon as the key is released keyboard stops working. And should repeat the same process by restarting and holding any key.
