screen is not swiping up after changing new screen and software update

Originally phone has cracked display and touch was not working along with phone was disabled also.

I changed the new screen and touch button dial pad were working fine. after connecting with iTunes to remove disable, screen is not swiping up now. Even, we changed with another new display. it is not still swiping up.
