Just changed out to your battery and it will charge for 13 seconds.
The phone will charge for 13 seconds at up to 250ma and vary to as low as 130ma. It will then stop charging for 10 seconds and start over and continue to repeat. I have yet to break the cycle. The old battery may have been good but now I see it’s another problem.

The Apple logo comes up for 13 seconds and then the screen powers off. As though the phone it turned on, goes 13 seconds into its process and then turns off Stays powered down for 10 seconds and boots up again. It has been repeating for about 3 hours. Tried several chargers, no change.
