Rattling sound from top of the iPhone 12.

A peculiar and distinct noise coming from top of my iPhone 12. Feels like something is loose in the earpiece/FaceID area. When phone vibrates it sounds a lot different than other iPhone 12. Also, when we shake it vigorously, same happens. Like a screw or something metallic has come undone. Compared it with 3 other iPhone 12.

For sure, it’s not the camera optics. Phone has never taken any kind of serious drops. Everything on phone works flawlessly FaceID, stereo speakers, WiFi, Bluetooth etc.

What I’d like to know is, what it could be? Will apple repair or replace the device? If repair happens, what would be the water resistance compared to factory?
