MacBook Air won't charge the battery after changing it

I tried to replace my battery with one I bought on amazon, tried charging it and it never took a charge and no battery icon. Did SMC reset, Pram reset, no help.

Bought a new charger thinking that was the issue, installed original battery that came with the Mac, reset SMC and PRAM. Still no battery icon. Looking at the system information power, charger is connected, Battery is not charging, no cycles…

Any Ideas?
