GE Profile Makes ICE but WON'T dispense Water or Ice

Have a GE Profile PSC23SGRC that my parents gave me. It makes ice. Cools well. And all the lights seems to work fine on the front panel. I can select water or ice just fine on the front panel. As in when I push the ICE button the light comes on..Same for Turbo Ice, Water, Crushed, Cube Etc. When I open the fridge all the interior lights come on just fine as well. So everything seems fine…EXCEPT….It will not dispense water or ice when pushing on the lever. Any ideas?
