iPhone X no imei intel

iPhone X No imei and i checked the baseband area and found vdd_core_1v0_k shorted to ground. Removed the BB PMU but the short isn’t caused by that, tried rosin smoke method to find the short but no luck. I suspect the BB CPU needs a reball as there are many connections under the bb cpu of vdd_core_1v0_k. Any help appreciated

I rarely found it on iPhone X with baseband chip damage. By seeing all history that indicates to BCPU short.
