PS4 Battery Plate screw is stripped/rounded off

Whilst attempting to fix my PS4’s Disk Drive issue, I’ve come across a stripped screw.

It is one of the Phillips 00 screws found on the metal plate of the battery. It appears to be stripped and I have no idea how to remove it. Many tutorials online would work perfectly fine if I had a bigger screw to work with, but due to the PH-00’s small size, I don’t think it would work for this particular issue. Any help would be appreciated.
