Hello!
I have a problem with my 15” Macbook Pro Mid 2014.
My laptop's touchpad has stopped working and after the replacement new battery and new trackpad nothing has changed… still not working.
Ribbon cable socket is fine. Is any one know what’s going on?
Please help :(

This series is a bit odd as unlike the older and still newer trackpad/touchpad’s the logic for the trackpad is on the cable!
You’ll need to replace both the trackpad and the cable, If you only replaced the trackpad you likely didn’t replace the needed part.

Thank you for your respone.I bought a trackpad with cable and I have replaced both.
@cellstar - I guess you'll need to get a replacement as this one is bad
Ok, problem was with the cable. Trackpad was fine but cable was the problem.
@cellstar - Yep, its almost always the cable as I stated ;-}
But getting a cable alone is almost imposable these days ;-{
