Battery is changing from full to empty all the time?

It will just charge for a while with the wall charger BUT black out after I left it for a while and turning on and of constantly.

This is the second battery from iFixit. But the iphone was good for the first 3 days, eith the new battery.

Is it the battery ?

Anyone who knows about it.
