How to I unjam my gun that was jamed by the unjaming switch thing

i know the title was confusing but in messing around with my rival Saturn pump action i pulled the thing that unlocks the pump when loaded but now when i pull it forwards it is locked and the unjamer thing doesn’t do anything, before when i pulled the unjamer i could here stuff moving but now i cant hear any movement anymore, i tried looking up the problem but everyone skips over this kind of territory.
